Dawn Cove Abbey provides a large amount of "pro bono" (free) services to those
who are unable to afford payment - or can only make partial remuneration:
victimization of results in financial difficulty.
Your financial assistance will help us continue to provide assistance to all.
Although the website and services are a labor of love for all of us at Dawn Cove
Abbey, there are many expenses involved in doing this: a Website is expensive: the
more space it uses, the more expense there is.
As well, thousands of hours have now gone into building the site as it is and it is
constantly growing as more and more information resources are added/revised.

* Our Inspirational (MorningStar Inspirations) section is also continually growing:
aimed at helping our users and clients maintain their motivation and resolve in
their various healing journeys.
MorningStar enhances the other areas of the site by providing positive contrasts
to the less joyful side of many people's reality - to offer hope, inspiration and
motivation for their own journey of healing is totally free - but depends entirely
on the freewill donations and gifts from visitors and users for maintenance.
* In order to increase our ability to "be there" we have recently switched to
cellular telephone and 3G wireless internet access in order to provide almost
instant response to inquiries and clients. These increase our costs significantly.
Ultimately, it comes down to an important reality of life: revenue.
Without such assistance from users like you, neither the free services (or sliding
scale fee structure) or much of the rest of what is available would be possible.
* We have also recently added a blog in which we explore issues related to
victimization and dysfunction.
* Dawn Cove Abbey's sister site, Stella Maris - for the Prayer Circle,
would not be possible.
* There are such things as altar accessories like candles etc which need constant
replacement, and while they are not major expenses in themselves,
when added to all the others, it all mounts up quickly.
