You will receive a body.
You have received a body.
You may like it or hate it,
but it's yours to keep
. . . for the entire period.
. . . with rare exceptions,
your body will accurately
reflect your inner state . . .
healthy minds (emotions)
result in healthy bodies . . .
You will learn lessons.
You are learning lessons
You are enrolled in a full-time,
informal school called life.
There are no mistakes,
only lessons.
Growth is a process of
trial,
error and
experimentation.
The "failed" experiments
are as much a part of the process
as the experiments
that ultimately "work".
. . . if you always do,
as you’ve always done . . .
You always get
what you always got . . .
Lessons are repeated until they are learned.
A lesson will be presented to you in various forms
until you have learned it.
When you have learned it,
you can go on to the next lesson.
. . . if what you’ve been doing
hasn’t been working for you,
try something different . . .
. . . anything . . .
Learning lessons does not end.
There is no part of life that doesn't
contain its lessons.
If you're alive,
there are still lessons to be learned.
Repeating the same things
that never worked before,
over and over again,
and expecting a different outcome
. . . is a form of insanity . . .
"There" is no better than "here".
When your "there"
has become "here",
you will simply obtain
another "there"
that will again
look better than "here".
The grass always only looks
greener on the other side . . .
Other people are merely mirrors of you.
You can not love
or hate something
about another person
unless it reflects to you
something you love
or hate
about yourself.
Are you discouraged or frustrated
by the search for answers
to your life’s challenges?
What you make of your life is up to you.
You have all the tools and resources you need.
What you do with them
is up to you.
The choice is yours. 1
The answers to life's questions
lie inside you . . .
all you need to do
is look,
listen
and trust.

Flatter me,
and I may not believe you.
Criticize me,
and I may not like you.
Ignore me,
and I may not forgive you.
Encourage me,
and I may not forget you. 2
Nothing is so strong
as gentleness,
and nothing is so gentle
as true strength. 3
