move you - and mostly - inspiring!

Thoughts and words are the seeds that inspire healing and motivate us.
Just one sentence, or a song, poem, proverb,
affirmation or quotation can greatly influence or change our lives.
Sometimes a picture, song, or music contribute to that as well.

Words of kindness, understanding and genuine loving examples can inspire us to
reflect, and think, or bring profound healing.

Inspire” literally means to “breathe in” – to breathe in, or draw forth, the desire
to continue, to be encouraged, comforted, motivated.

Inspirational and motivational stories, poems and articles can produce the inner
strength to overcome dark moods, despair, sorrow, or guilt. Music, art and pictures
can soothe wounded spirits.

Inspiration heightens or intensifies that which already resides within us. It can
prompt or cheer us on, and influence us to switch into a more positive frame of mind,
and thus be the cause or source of what is needed to be stimulated into positive
action.

These pages are being created to bring the best of ourselves into the world
community to uplift and inspire.

My desire is that they help to have an animating effect on you, and impel, stimulate
or compel some creative or effective effort, on your part to cause or guide you into
more positive directions.

May they guide, communicate, or motivate your inner spirit, and arouse or produce
thoughts and feelings of love, and kindness: kindness inspires love.

May they affect you to love yourself, and others, and give you occasion, and cause
you to embark, or continue on your life, or healing, growing journey with renewed joy.
Let it animate and enliven you, and blow exalting thoughts and feelings upon you.

The material here belongs to the entire human community. Everyone is encouraged to
contribute; share the thoughts, ideas or words that have a personal meaning to you
and let us see how our garden grows. I encourage you to submit your own favourite
inspirational article, story, poem or quotation. Please do so.

If life has you down, turn it around by learning to
resonate to a positive wavelength
today!

If your life is fulfilling and happy, why not share that, too?
Motivation is nothing but a fleeting experience. it only lasts for a moment.

No doubt people are motivated by the various pages on this site - I have heard
that many times.

My ultimate goal, however, is to provide lasting inspiration to people.
I believe that once you are inspired, lasting motivation will follow.

Lasting motivation comes from within; it’s the internal flame that sets you afire.
If you can’t wake up in the morning and pep yourself up, you are in big trouble.

The best way to remain internally motivated is to look for sources of inspiration.

On the other hand, there is external motivation. External motivation is a lot like
taking drugs. You can easily become addicted, and whatever motivates you had
better be there all the time.

Once the person or thing that motivated you is no longer present, you go right back
to where you started.  It’s a short-term feeling.

That external source needs to connect with your internal one – that way it boosts
it - but doesn’t cause it – it simply helps strengthen what’s already there.

It is my sincere hope that the pages in this section of the site will connect and
resonate with you . . .
and that you proceed to a happy and fulfilling life.
